With a passion for chillies, growing a variety each year and making chutneys and sauces for friends which grew to a demand taking me to the next level and The Chilli King was launched.

As you've probably gathered I make hot sauces with chillies being the main ingredient. I prefer to use the Naga chilli as I find it has lovely fruity flavour and nice HOT heat level.

I believe in flavour as well as heat.
